By installing Elevate My Prompt or signing up at elevatemyprompt.com, you agree to these terms.

The service

Elevate My Prompt is a Chrome extension that coaches and rewrites your draft prompts before you send them to AI chatbots (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini). The Free tier includes 10 AI-powered enhancements per calendar month plus unlimited inline lessons and platform tips. The Premium tier ($7 USD / month) raises the AI enhancement cap to 300.

Account

You may create an account by signing in with your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or abuses the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal content or activities.
• Attempt to bypass the monthly enhancement cap by creating multiple accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or prompts from the service.
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to interact with the service.
• Resell or sublicense the service or its outputs.

Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $7 USD (or local equivalent) until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period.

Prices are in USD for international customers. Indian customers are billed in INR equivalent plus applicable GST.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but make no guarantee of uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Anthropic, Supabase, Razorpay), and unforeseen incidents may cause interruptions.

Disclaimer

The AI outputs are generated by third-party language models. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or that the rewritten prompts will produce better results than the original. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the extension and at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
