Refund Policy

7-day full refund
If you subscribe to Premium and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the original payment date. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email help@elevatemyprompt.com from the email address tied to your account, with the subject line "Refund request" and your subscription date. We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- Cancel your subscription so no future charges occur.
- Issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (the timing depends on your card issuer or bank).
After 7 days
We do not issue refunds for subscription months that have already started after the first 7 days. You can cancel anytime from the Manage Subscription link in the extension Settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the current paid period.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Razorpay will retry the charge over the following days. If all retries fail, the subscription will move to "halted" status and then "completed" — your access drops back to the Free tier (10 enhancements/month) with no charge for the failed period.
Pro-rata refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months after the 7-day window. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first — we resolve most refund requests faster than a card-issuer dispute would. A chargeback filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
